No More missed calls with KSS Suite 3.0
The new KSS call management suite of software contains a host of features designed to improve how you handle calls in your business. KSS Call recording features a new player capable of displaying both parties to the call in seperate waveforms. This helps when looking through the call and our new soundclip feature lets you save a section of the call for later playback or export.
Notes can also be created allowing you to annotate all the important call information and retreive the calls later using keywords.
